Design details: Carrom is a classic strike and pocket table game of eastern origin, and similar to table shuffleboard. It is fun and educational, teaching critical thinking and hand-eye coordination, so even kids can play, making this the perfect game for the entire family. All four corners of this game contain wooden pockets with felt to catch the discs during game play. The pockets swivel so the pieces can be easily retrieved, and they provide additional support and stability for the game board.
The game board is beautifully crafted out of pinewood and hand painted, making it a smooth playing surface. It contains four wooden bumpers measuring 2 wide, for superb rebound play, which is a key aspect of carom. This classic strike and pocket game is made of pinewood and measures 26×26, and includes 10 black wooden coins, 10 beige wooden coins and 2 red queen coins, all measuring 1.1 in diameter, and one striker, measuring 1.5 in diameter, as well as two cue sticks measuring 14 long.
